Leadership and Representation

PIT Solutions is committed to fostering gender inclusive leadership by actively supporting and appointing women to key roles across the organisation. 

Ms Jazna Rafeek

Ms Jazna Rafeek was elevated to Director and Chief Operating Officer as part of the global restructuring, reaffirming the organisation’s commitment to gender diversity in executive leadership. She also serves as an Executive Committee Member and Principal Mentor for the WIIT Accelerated Leadership Programme and was a Finalist for Inspirational Woman of the Year 2022 in the Leader and Personality category. 

Ms Thara Dsouza

Ms Thara Dsouza was appointed as Head of HR, bringing leadership that prioritises inclusion, employee wellbeing, and equitable workplace practices. 

Ms Aswathi Narayanan

Ms Aswathi Narayanan serves as Vice President of the First Ever ALP Alumni Club Governing Council for the 2025 to 2027 term. 

Ms Nikhila Govind

Ms Nikhila Govind holds the position of Joint Secretary in the First Ever ALP Alumni Club Governing Council for 2025 to 2027. 

Ms Amina Zeenath

Ms Amina Zeenath was a Finalist for Inspirational Woman of the Year 2022 in the Leader and Personality category and is a Winner of the WIIT Catalyst 2021 Awards for Excellence. 

Mr Biju TP

Mr Biju TP was honoured as Man of the Year 2022 by WIIT, recognised for his significant contributions to promoting gender inclusivity within the organisation. 

Mr Tony Joseph

Mr Tony Joseph, a Certified GPTW Architect and Professional, a NHRDN-Avtar Certified Diversity Professional, and an Inclusion Ally from the Great Place Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Masterclass Series 2021, has played a key role in strengthening our workplace culture through inclusive practices and strategic DEI initiatives. 

Triage

Triage, our core steering committee, has achieved a 5 to 3 gender representation ratio, ensuring inclusive decision making and integrating diverse perspectives into strategic planning. 

WE Excellence Awards 2022 and 2023

PIT Solutions was recognised at the WE Excellence Awards 2022 and 2023, in collaboration with NASSCOM, for the Onstage Contest Gender Equality Today for a Sustainable Tomorrow.

  • Internal mentorship programmes designed to equip women with leadership skills and prepare them for senior management positions. 
  • PITS Welcome Back Programme 2022, a return-to-work initiative supporting professionals re-entering the workforce after a career break. 
  • Leadership training, networking opportunities, and cross functional skill development programmes to prepare women for higher responsibilities and career progression.
