Job Summary 

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing Executive to manage and grow our brand’s presence across social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing content strategies, increasing engagement, generating leads, and building brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities 

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with business goals.
• Create engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos, graphics, captions).
• Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, etc.)
• Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns.
• Monitor trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences.
• Analyze performance metrics and generate monthly reports.
• Increase followers, engagement rate, and website traffic.
• Coordinate with the design and marketing teams.
• Manage influencer collaborations and partnerships.

Required Skills & Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in social media marketing.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and algorithms.
• Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads (preferred).
• Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar.
• Strong copywriting and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data.
