Role Overview
We are seeking a commercially driven and technically strong Mid-Level Manager to lead Pre-Sales and Solutioning efforts across Managed IT Infrastructure, Microsoft Azure, and Cyber Security Services.
The role will be instrumental in driving revenue growth through solution consulting, Azure license sales, RFP management, and sales performance analytics.
Key Responsibilities
1. Pre-Sales & Solution Consulting
- Lead solution design for:
- Managed IT Infrastructure Services
- Cloud Migration & Modernisation (Azure)
- Cyber Security Services (SOC, VAPT, Cloud Security)
- Conduct technical discovery sessions with clients.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Work closely with Sales teams to build winning proposals.
- Participate in client presentations and technical discussions.
2. Microsoft Azure – Licensing & Cloud Sales
- Drive Azure license sales and CSP opportunities.
- Provide guidance on Azure architecture and cost optimisation.
- Support customers in migration strategy, sizing, and TCO modelling.
- Ensure correct positioning of Azure services (IaaS, PaaS, Security, Backup,
DR, etc.). - Coordinate with Microsoft or distributors where required.
3. RFP & Proposal Management
- Lead end-to-end RFP responses:
- Technical write-ups
- Commercial alignment
- Compliance mapping
- Risk analysis
- Develop reusable proposal templates and response libraries.
- Collaborate with internal technical, operations, and finance teams.
4. Sales Enablement & Revenue Support
- Analyse sales trends, win/loss data, and pipeline performance.
- Identify growth opportunities in existing accounts.
- Support target achievement through structured sales initiatives.
- Assist in go-to-market strategies for new services.
- Create solution decks and pitch materials.
